In October 2008, Pastor Ross the founder thought of buying a property as a gift to his wife for her college graduation. The lot was more than a thousand square meters. Since his wife took up education, they decided to put up a school with two-storey temporary building. The first day of operation was June 9, 2008 with 89 students, five teachers, two utility workers and one registrar with minimal facilities and equipment and five classrooms
Furthermore, in September of the same year, the owners built one permanent two-storey building with five classrooms, offices, canteen and faculty room. By March 2009, another construction of two-storey building accommodated three classrooms and another two-storey were built for libraries and laboratories for computer, science, speech and TLE. Since the school was already known to the public, many parents started to inquire.
Inquiries poured in after learning the school were offering a low and affordable matriculation with competitive facilities compared to other schools resulting to an increased of enrollees from 89 to 273 in the following school year. After the two years of operation, the school maintained its good performance of quality education and again experienced a gradual increase of enrollees up to 282 and 13 teachers in the year 2011-2012.
This year, the demands of expansion of school in terms of lot and facilities are escalating due to following reasons:
- K-12 education program. Dep-Ed, Division of Caloocan approved the CJCAFI to its application and allotted 1,000 junior and senior students for next academic year. To accommodate them, CJCAI needs separate properties for them. All buildings must be permanent and standard size classrooms are required with complete facilities.
- To maintain the present number of enrollees and accommodate the elementary and Grade 7-10, expansion is a must. CJCAFI is already 9 years of operation and expected to have its own permanent buildings with standard size rooms, and complete ancillary services.
